Flavor first
Eight house made soup bases, from numbing Szechuan to gentle herbal wellness, so every guest finds their match.
Hot Lava Pot was built on a simple idea: nobody should have to choose between Korean BBQ and Korean hot pot. So we put them both on the same table.
Korean BBQ is about fire, smoke and the sizzle of marinated meat hitting a hot grill. Hot pot is about patience, a bubbling broth and a table that slowly fills with plates. Put them side by side and dinner stops being a meal and starts being an event.
That is what we serve in Cherry Hill. Grill your short ribs and pork belly while your chosen broth comes up to a rolling simmer, then dip, share and start again. Bring your own bottle, settle in, and let the evening take its time.

Our menu is crafted by a chef with 20 years of experience. That experience is easiest to taste in the broths: eight signature soup bases, each simmered in house rather than poured from a carton.
It also shows up in the details that are easy to miss. Beef sliced to the thickness that cooks in seconds without going tough. Seafood chosen because it holds its texture in a boiling pot. Ingredients prepped fresh so the plates that reach your table look as good as they taste.
